I bring a wealth of lived experience through my battles at school, and home with neurodiversity. Specifically ADHD, ASD, and Dyslexia. I also have experience through my time as a member of the frontline emergency services. This includes an understanding of trauma that can not be read in a book, but only gained through lived experience. Alongside this I bring a knowledge and understanding of the counselling process through my ongoing time volunteering at a wonderful charity in Shropshire, U&I Counselling Services.
I hold a belief that the study of the mind should be a a lifelong process in order to obtain as much knowledge as I can, in order to assist as many people as I can. My courses so far have given me a broad knowledge base of different therapeutic models and an understanding of mental health conditions that allow me to offer my services to a broad range of clients.
Whether you have a diagnosis or not it is my belief everyone should have access to therapy.
